Our early experience showed us that we worked best by becoming the neighborhood builder for a particular geographical area. In this way we learned the demographics of that area and became known both in the community and by its building officials. By restricting ourselves geographically, we are able to give much better service than if we were spread out over a wide area. We prefer to build within a 25 mile radius from the center of our area. We will build outside this area to service a referral from one of our customers or if a job is particularly appealing to us.

Our area of choice is South Los Angeles County and Orange County. It could also be called “Greater Long Beach” and Orange County. Long Beach is the second largest city in Los Angeles County, nearly 500,000 people, and occupies the Southwestern corner of the county while up butting against Western Orange County.
